Funnel Analytics

Open Funnels → Analytics, pick a funnel and a date range. The report shows three summary cards (orders, revenue, journeys), a per-step funnel, and a revenue breakdown by source.

Sessions and Journeys are two different numbers

Sessions are visits to that step's page, counted by Traffic Analytics. This number exists for every page step, including the landing page, and follows Traffic Analytics rules: counted per browser session, not per person.

Journeys are the tracks of buyers who have placed an order. Alusio records them per step as the buyer moves, so the accepted, declined, and from (the buyer's previous step) figures are exact, not estimates. A journey only exists from the first order onward, which is why steps before checkout only have session counts.

Offer take-rate

Upsell, downsell, and cross-sell steps show how many accepted, how many declined, and the percentage against everyone who reached that step. Buyers who close the page without choosing count as reached, but as neither accepted nor declined.

"From" answers the branching question

For a step reachable from several branches, such as a thank-you page reached from both an accepted upsell and a downsell, the from: line splits how many buyers arrived through each path.

Report order

Rows follow the flow on the canvas from the entry step, not creation order. Steps not connected to the entry step are placed at the bottom so you notice what was left unconnected. The percentage next to the session count compares with the row above.

Revenue by source

Revenue is split into main checkout, order bumps, upsells, downsells, and cross-sells. Order bumps are counted from their own order lines and already removed from main checkout, so the breakdown adds up without double counting. Only paid orders are counted.

Data limits

Session counts are available for the last 100 days only, the same as Traffic Analytics. For ranges beyond that, the report shows orders and revenue only, with a notice above. Journey and order figures have no such limit.
